Summary:

Processes the client's user info (can be ignored), when CodeCallback_UserInfoChanged(clientNum) is available in maps\mp\gametypes\_callbacksetup.gsc. The existance of CodeCallback_UserInfoChanged is checked once on start. Important: server-start is not map-start.
